Contract manufacturing
Our production department is designed for in-house use as well as for contract manufacturing. The portfolio includes single part production and small batch production. Thanks to short, internal routes and the wide range of machinery with CAD-CAM application, we can respond flexibly to your customer requests and delivery times.

Feasibility studies
k-tech takes over the feasibility studies for your process in order to secure your core process, to exclude possible uncertainties of the individual processes and processing steps and, to detect the risks in time.
During the feasibility study, optimization and risks of the process are detected, assessed, discussed with you to find the perfect solution. After the successful feasibility study, we can start implementing your project.
In the studies, we examine the core functionalities of the process. The following tests are used for this purpose:

Series production

Electric planning
From the basic determination via the preliminary planning to the detailed elaboration of the circuit diagram: k-tech offers the entire spectrum of electrical planning. As our customer, you benefit from our many years of experience in a wide variety of industries and benefit from these synergies.

Control cabinet production and electrical assembly
In the switch cabinet production and electrical installation, you benefit from our complete range of services. k-tech will take over the construction of your standard-compliant control cabinets, regardless of whether the circuit diagram documents are provided by you or created by us. From the mechanical machining of the cabinets and mounting plates via the equipment, labelling, wiring to functional and electrical testing, we perform all tasks for you. Concepts and analysis of safety solutions

We are also glad to carry out a risk analysis in accordance with ISO 12100, as well as an assessment of machine safety in accordance with ISO 13849 with the „Sistema“ software tool.
